Issaquah-Snoqualmie Falls (36.5 miles, 2,000 ft elevation)

About this Ride: The weather is looking promising this weekend for another early season ride near Issaquah led by Marcel. This route, on mostly quiet roads, does not overlap with any of the roads from the Issaquah Ride on February 20th. Restrooms and water are available at Snoqualmie Falls, which is about half way.

Maps & RSVP:
The route can be found here: http://www.mapmyride.com/route/us/wa/is ... 4229074151
The cue sheet can be downloaded from here: http://www.bigtent.com/usr/files/311614 ... -06-10.pdf
Marcel can bring you a cue sheet if you let him know ahead of time. Contact [mvdholstAThotmailDOTcom]

Ride Start: Issaquah Tibbetts Valley Park (same place as where the Tuesday evening rides start). See http://www.ride4areason.org/cycling/cal ... aquah_Park for directions.

Meet at:
9:00am
Start at: 9:30am

Difficulty: The steepest climb is on Issaquah Fall City Road, about 12% for 1/4 mile. Most of the other climbs are around 5-8%.

Regroup/Experience: We regroup on top of each climb. All riders should be able to fix possible flats or problems. We recommend that you carry at least two spare tubes, a pump and a basic tool kit.

After Ride Feed: We could go to any of the restaurants in Issaquah, which are nearby the park.

Safety Issues: We encourage people to ride at their own pace; we emphasize safety and strict adherence to traffic rules. Helmets must be worn at all times.

Cancellation & Updates:
Dress in layers for cold/wet weather. Make sure you RSVP and check back here for updates and possible weather cancellation.
